FABRICS
All 100% Nylon
upholstery fabrics offered by By-Line Mfg. & Uphol.,
Inc. are tested for:

(1) Abrasion Resistance
|
(2) Fuzzing
|
(3) Stretching
|
|
(4) Crocking
|
(5) Breaking
|
(6) Tear Strength
|
|
(7) Cleaning
|
(8) Wearing
|
(9) Dye Transfer
|
All fabrics designated
as performance-tested fabrics are warranted by By-Line Mfg. & Uphol.,
Inc. to the original purchaser for a period of 15 years on a limited and prorated basis from the
date of installation, to give satisfactory service against excessive
wear, shrinkage, breaking, and seam slippage.
By-Line Mfg. & Uphol., Inc. at its option will furnish new fabric
to replace faulty fabric as designated in this warranty, provided that
within said 15 year period it is appraised in writing of the alleged
failure in performance. However, no upholstery fabrics offered by By-Line
Mfg. & Uphol., Inc. are warranted against damage or deficiencies
caused by abnormal exposure to the elements (such as leaking roofs,
continuous direct sunlight, etc.) vandalism, improper cleaning, or
willful destruction. Proof of purchase and written notification is
required if fabric fails to give such service. Installation of replacement
fabric is not included in the warranty and must be paid by customer.
Fabrics conform to the California Flammability Standard CIass I -
Standard 117 and requirements of U.S. Department Commerce Standard
191-53.
FOAM
The foam used in PAD-A-PEW installations is a superior quality polyurethane
foam which is formulated for use in applications where high performance
and premium quality is required.
By-Line Mfg. & Uphol.,
Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that the foam installed will
give satisfactory service when used in
church pew furniture applications under normal conditions for 15 years
on a limited and prorated basis from date of purchase. Proof of purchase
and written notification is required if the foam fails to give such
service. Installation of replacement foam is not included in the warranty
and must be paid by customer.
WORKMANSHIP
By-Line Mfg. & Uphol., Inc. warrants to the original purchaser
that all workmanship is quaranteed for a period of 15 years on a limited
and prorated basis. The judgment of By-Line Mfg. & Uphol., Inc.
will be final as to all matters concerning the condition, cause, and
nature of defects in fabric, or foam.
Except as expressly provided
herein, By-Line Mfg. & Uphol., Inc.
makes no other guarantee or warranty expressed or implied.
