If you are ready to place your order, you need to send us the following:
- Cost
proposal signed by the church Trustee or Pastor or someone
responsible in the church.
- 35% down payment (balance is due when the crew arrives to
pad pews).
- Height
and depth of pews (Height is measured from the seat of the pew
to top of back) Depth is measured
from the back of the seat to the front of the pew. Do not
roll under or over!). See Measuring Instructions
- Fabric
selection marked on the cost proposal. See Fabrics Here
- Tax ID No. showing the church is exempt from State sales & use
tax (we are required to charge
sales tax if you do not have a number). If your church is not sales
exempt, please provide the
county name and the tax rate for your church.
- Name of Pastor, church address and church phone number.
- Names and phone numbers of someone else we may contact
in the event we are unable to reach you.
- Photos of the pews as follows: (a) one showing an inside
comer where the seats & back meet; (b) one showing the
front of the seat; (c) one showing the back; and (d) one showing
the lip on the backside of the pew (if you are going
Seats & Backs). Also,
if your pews are currently padded, if possible, we need
to know what company manufactured the pew and if there are
inserts in the seats. PHOTOS CAN FOLLOW
LATER IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THEM YET AND WANT TO
SEND IN YOUR ORDER.
We will contact you once we receive your order. We will order
the fabric the same day. We will be able to provide you with
an installation date once we know when we will receive the fabric.
Please keep in mind that it does take at least 4 to 6 weeks to get the fabric from
the Mill.
*PLEASE NOTE: If there is additional work that is required when
the crew comes to install the padding, such as having
to take the pews apart to pad them, pews being made of formica,
or removal of hymnal racks, braces, trim, or top rail,
there will be an additional charge. The crew will discuss
this matter with you immediately and contact the office for further
instructions. All of the above is stated in the cost
proposal, and additional charges apply because of the extra work
and time involved.
